To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The customer will bear the return shipping costs unless the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@lilyhil.com.

We will send you a free replacement at no cost, and you will not be required to return the faulty item.

3. How to Start a Return

4. Exceptions

Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
